A range of continuous mixers from 250 to 600mm diameter in single or twin paddle agitator construction. Stainless steel 610mm diameter Twin Paddle Continuous Mixer, designed to withstand an internal pressure of 1bar g. Gas purged shaft seals with strengthened trough and top cover.

Stainless Steel Single Paddle Circular Trough Continuous Mixer for highly cohesive materials. The photograph shows a food quality mixer used for blending mashed potatoe with diced vegetables.

Working to improve the environment, a Twin Paddle Continuous Mixer with fully adjustable paddle blades to provide variable residence times. Fitted with wear-resistant manganese steel paddles to copy with highly abrasive pulverised fly ash and spray bars to condition product. Similar machines are used for neutralising acidic sludge to comply with COSHH regulations.
